There were and are fallout fans who think the forced m/f in fo4 is actually okay and now people who think the forced m/f in the assassins creed: odyssey dlc is fine. And fans are both using biphobia as a gotcha card, and theyre both using left/liberal ideology and language to talk over anyone who is angered and criticizing the game developers for writing a forced f/m relationship that doesnt need to be in the games

Its like… super deja vu. like drinking off brand soda or something. I wonder what game company next will market or have the gimic of playersexuality being “inclusive”, while still railroading you into a m/f relationship :-)

Can we all just agree that, solely, letting you “roleplay” as a sexuality isnt actually any kind of lgbt representation? Can we stop calling that? canon lgbt characters are what we need.

We need lesbian companions and npcs that tell male PCs to fuck off. We need gay companions and npcs that are just as in depth as the straight ones. We need bisexual characters who arent playersexual, who’s sexuality isnt a tool to “make everyone happy”. We need like… actual trans characters, for it to be actual lgbt representation.
